What we can do for you
From thinking along in the design phase to CNC production, surface treatment and quality control - we accompany the entire process from concept to finished part.
CNC manufacturing in aluminum
We produce precise aluminium components with 3- to 5-axis simultaneous CNC milling. Complex geometries are machined in a single setup — reducing lead time and increasing dimensional accuracy.
Whether it is a single prototype or a series of hundreds: the level of quality remains the same. No concessions, no surprises.
We produce high-precision mechanical components, from single pieces to repeating series production in all common materials within 'shoebox' format. We do this both 3 and 5-axis, fully automated.
Prototyping via 3D printing
Before investing in CNC manufacturing, you can validate your design with a 3D printed prototype. We print fitting models and functional prototypes for form and fit validation.
This reduces the risk of design errors and saves valuable milling time. Iterate quickly, adjust where necessary, and go to production only when the design is correct.
- FDM for various applications
- Form and fit validation before CNC production
- Short lead time for rapid iterations
- Seamless transition to series production
Laser marking
With our fiber laser, we apply permanent markings to aluminum parts. Think part numbers, serial numbers, logos, QR codes and functional indications.
Laser marking is essential for traceability and identification in professional production environments. The marking is resistant to abrasion, cleaning and surface treatment.
- Part numbers and serial numbers
- Logos, QR codes and data codes
- Functional designations and scales
- Permanent, abrasion and cleaning resistant
Cerakote surface treatment
Cerakote is a ceramic-polymer coating that we apply to your aluminum parts in-house. The coating provides exceptional protection against corrosion, wear and chemical influences - at a layer thickness of only 12 to 50 microns, without affecting your dimensional tolerances.
Unlike anodizing - in which the aluminum itself is converted - Cerakote is an applied coating that is also applicable to steel, titanium and plastic. With more than 200 colors and a corrosion resistance of more than 2,000 hours of salt spray testing, it offers a versatile alternative, entirely in-house.
- Applied in-house - no outsourcing required
- Applicable to aluminum, steel, titanium and plastic
- More than 200 colors and custom patterns
- Extreme corrosion and abrasion resistance (ASTM B117)
Anodizing and finishing
Anodizing protects your aluminum parts from corrosion and wear, and gives them a professional look. We coordinate this entirely through our regular partner.
You receive a completely finished product - without having to deal with multiple suppliers yourself. We handle the logistics, monitor quality and deliver to your door.
- Technical anodizing (hardcoat, transparent)
- Decorative anodizing (black, color as desired)
- One point of contact - coordinated by us
- Quality controlled before shipment
Thinking along from the design
Do you have a design that is still in development? We are happy to step in early in the process. As a sparring partner, we actively consider drawings, dimensions, choice of materials and manufacturability - so that your design is not only technically correct, but also can be produced efficiently.
You don't have to have an elaborate drawing to come to us. Especially in the R&D phase, early coordination prevents costly modifications later on. One team that thinks along and produces - from concept to finished part.
- Sparring partner for dimensions and tolerances
- Advice on material selection and surface treatment
- Optimization for manufacturability (DFM).
- From initial sketch to series production under one roof
Quality control and process assurance
Consistent quality is not an accident - it is the result of a structured production process.
Measurement Control
Critical dimensions are monitored during the process. Deviations or uncertainties are discussed upfront — not discovered afterwards.
Process assurance
Established fixtures, tool paths and cutting conditions ensure repeatability - even on reorders.
Traceability
Material certificates, batch numbers and laser marking allow complete traceability of parts.
Typical applications
Our components are used in a variety of engineering environments. Some examples:
Mechanical Engineering
Precision parts for drive systems, positioning systems and assembly lines. Close tolerances and high repeatability.
Industrial automation
Aluminum components for handling systems, transport systems and production automation. Fast delivery, even for urgent requests.
Robotics and OEM
Lightweight, rigid parts for robot arms, end-effectors and OEM modules. From prototype to series production under one roof.
Device Construction
Enclosures, frames and mounting parts for measurement and control technology, medical equipment and laboratory systems.
R&D and prototyping
Single pieces and small series for product development. Rapid iteration with 3D printing, scaling up to CNC when the design is right.
